An Eventzee alternative with your own tasks, not pre-made packs

Eventzee sells fixed scavenger hunt packages with pre-made challenges. EventBattle takes the opposite approach: you write the tasks yourself in a five-minute configurator, so the game fits your venue, your people, and your inside jokes.

When EventBattle is the better pick

  • You want tasks about YOUR event — sponsors, venue, people — not a generic pack.
  • Small groups: free for 3 players, $29 for 10.
  • Conferences and trade shows needing sponsor-tagged missions and a big-screen leaderboard.
  • Scaling past 25 players without a quote cycle.

When Eventzee may fit better

  • You want a ready-to-run pre-made hunt with zero content work.
  • A 25-player one-off where a fixed $49.99 pack is all you need.

How task creation works on EventBattle

You start from a ready-made preset or a blank list. Each task is a title, a description, a point value, and three optional switches: photo proof required, how many times it can be repeated, and a cooldown between repeats. Writing a 20-task game from scratch typically takes one sitting; editing a preset is faster.

That is the practical difference from Eventzee's Party Packs: a pack is ready instantly but fixed, while an EventBattle game is yours to shape — inside jokes, venue-specific missions, sponsor tasks. Tasks can be edited at any time, even while the game is running.

Frequently asked questions

Is EventBattle cheaper than Eventzee?

It depends on the format. Eventzee's $49.99 Party Pack is cheaper than EventBattle's $59 Battle plan for a 25-player event — but the pack comes with fixed, non-editable tasks. EventBattle starts free (3 players), costs $29 for 10 players, and every task is your own.

Can I edit the tasks?

On EventBattle, yes — every task is fully editable and you can write unlimited tasks of your own. Eventzee's ready-made Party Packs do not include the ability to edit the challenges; custom hunts are available by quote.

Do I need a quote for a large event?

Not on EventBattle — per-player pricing up to 500 players is self-serve in the web configurator. On Eventzee, events beyond the ready-made packs are custom-tailored through their sales team.
